This class is designed to support women through the transitions of peri- and post-menopause with strength, stability, and grace. Through mindful movement, resistance training, mobility work, and restorative breath practices, we’ll address the shifts in hormones, muscle tone, bone density, and energy that naturally occur during this stage of life.
