LMT#18043, RYT‑500, CPT, CNC, HWC
Massage Therapist | Yoga & Strength Educator | Holistic Wellness Coach | Retreat Leader
Stephanie O’Donnell‑Peters is a multidimensional wellness professional with over 14 years of experience helping individuals reconnect to strength, resilience, and balance—both in body and mind. With a practice rooted in clinical massage therapy, yoga, functional strength training, and holistic coaching, Stephanie has built a career dedicated to integrative healing and movement education.
A licensed massage therapist (LMT #18043) and graduate of East West College of the Healing Arts, Stephanie is known for her intelligent, anatomy-informed bodywork. She blends myofascial techniques, manual lymphatic drainage, and deep therapeutic massage to support recovery, mobility, and nervous system regulation. Her private practice, Massage & Yoga Portland (MYPDX), is a trusted hub for personalized care and movement therapy in the Portland metro area.
In addition to hands-on treatment, Stephanie is a certified RYT-500 yoga teacher, NASM-certified personal trainer, certified nutritionist (CNC), and holistic wellness coach (HWC). She brings these disciplines together in her classes and retreats, offering an experience that goes beyond exercise or relaxation—fostering body awareness, functional strength, and long-term vitality.
Her yoga teaching style merges the science of movement with the subtle art of breath and stillness. Drawing from Power Vinyasa, Hatha, Deep Stretch, and she creates classes that are both grounded and dynamic—suitable for all levels and adaptable to individual needs. Whether teaching a restorative stretch or strength-focused flow, Stephanie’s classes emphasize alignment, accessibility, and intention.
Stephanie’s background in fitness further enhances her teaching. Through customized strength programming, mobility training, and corrective movement workshops, she helps clients build durable strength and prevent injury—especially for women navigating aging, hormonal shifts, or recovering from injury.
Her expertise has earned her recognition as a three-time Portland Monthly “Top Doc” honoree, and her workshops—on topics like lymphatic drainage, core function, resistance training for therapists, and injury prevention—are highly regarded by both clients and fellow professionals.
Stephanie also designs and leads transformational retreats in Oregon and beyond, including the popular Inner Strength and Inner Glow retreats. These immersive experiences blend guided movement, wellness education, nature immersion, and community support—offering attendees a chance to reset and reclaim their strength on every level.
At the heart of her work is a belief in personalized, informed, and compassionate care. Whether she’s working one-on-one, leading a group, or teaching continuing education to fellow therapists, Stephanie’s mission is to help people feel empowered, embodied, and resilient—for life.
