Myofascial & Stretch Yoga Class
6 Week Series

Roll With It - a guide to foam rolling

Give your body the care it deserves. This hands-on workshop is designed to teach you how to effectively use a foam roller and lacrosse ball for self-myofascial release and recovery.
In Roll With It, you’ll learn practical, easy-to-follow techniques to target common problem areas like the hips, back, shoulders, and legs. We’ll break down the why behind each move and give you tools to take better care of your body—whether you're active, desk-bound, or somewhere in between.
Hips Unlocked - a hip mobility workshop
January 25th from 12:30-1:30pm

Unlock your hips, move with freedom, and enhance your overall strength and stability.
This workshop blends dynamic mobility drills, targeted stretching, and mindful movement to help you release tightness, improve range of motion, and reduce discomfort in the hips and lower back.
Perfect for yogis, athletes, and anyone who spends long hours sitting or wants to move with more ease and power.
This workshop will include movement, stretching, & Myofascial Release. All levels and mobility needs welcome.
Movement Through Change - Peri & Post Menopause
January 25th from 2-3pm
Price: $30
This class is designed to support women through the transitions of peri- and post-menopause with strength, stability, and grace. Through mindful movement, resistance training, mobility work, and restorative breath practices, we’ll address the shifts in hormones, muscle tone, bone density, and energy that naturally occur during this stage of life.
You’ll leave feeling stronger, balanced, and more connected to your body - empowered to move confidently through every season of change.
Flow State - Lymphatic Reset

Activate your body’s built-in drainage system with this targeted mobility and breath-based class. You’ll learn simple, effective techniques to stimulate lymph flow, reduce inflammation, and support recovery after exercise or stress. Expect to move gently yet purposefully, restoring energy and leaving your body feeling lighter and more resilient.
This class utilizes gentle movements and hand brushing. It is available to all levels of ability and mobility.
Shoulders Unlocked - a shoulder mobility workshop

Reclaim freedom and strength in your upper body. This workshop blends corrective movement, myofascial release, and functional mobility training to restore ease and stability in the shoulders, chest, and upper back.
You’ll learn how to improve posture, enhance overhead range of motion, and prevent common shoulder injuries—all while developing strength through a full, pain-free range.

Lift, Sculpt, & Glow!
Date: Feb 22nd 2-3pm
Class Price: $120
Discover how to use ancient beauty tools for modern results. In this hands-on session, you’ll learn safe and effective techniques for facial cupping and gua sha that help boost circulation, release tension, reduce puffiness, and enhance your skin’s natural glow.
We’ll cover tool selection, proper pressure, and step-by-step routines you can easily do at home. You’ll leave with the skills (and confidence) to create your own at-home ritual for lifted, refreshed, and radiant skin.
All tools and a specialty oil blend will be included. Plus a few extras in your facial and wellness goodie bag.
