QL to Knees - A vortex of issues

Restorative Bodywork CE

Restorative Bodywork is a combination of relaxing and supported yoga poses with hands on massage. Each pose is held for around 5-7 minutes while a massage therapist comes around and performs therapeutic massage on different parts of the body.
