Initial Sessions are held via zoom. Follow up sessions can be via zoom or in-person, and in some cases in your home.
Wellness Counseling - Initial Session
Your first holistic counseling session is a gentle, spacious introduction into your healing journey. During this initial visit, we take time to explore your whole-body wellness—mind, emotions, lifestyle, and physical patterns—to understand where you are today and what support you’re seeking.
Together, we’ll discuss:
Your current concerns, stressors, and wellbeing goals
Patterns in mood, sleep, energy, and physical tension
Lifestyle factors such as movement, boundaries, nourishment, and daily habits
Any past experiences that may be influencing your present
You’ll also experience a guided grounding practice, breathwork, or simple somatic techniques to help you reconnect with your body and inner sense of safety.
Before you leave, we co-create an individualized wellness plan, which may include nervous-system support, movement recommendations, mindfulness practices, therapeutic journaling prompts, or lifestyle adjustments that align with your goals.
This session is slow, compassionate, and intentionally supportive—designed to meet you exactly where you are and offer a clear path forward.
Wellness Counseling - Follow Up Sessions
Your follow-up holistic counseling session builds on the foundation we established during your initial visit. This is a supportive, collaborative space to check in, deepen the work, and continue moving toward your wellbeing goals with clarity and compassion.
During this session, we will:
Review shifts in your mood, energy, stress, and physical patterns
Explore what’s working well and where more support is needed
Process current challenges or emotional blocks through mindful conversation
Integrate somatic practices such as breathwork, grounding, or gentle body-awareness techniques
Reinforce lifestyle, movement, and nervous-system tools tailored specifically for you
Each visit is adaptive—meaning we respond to what you bring in that day. Whether you need insight, emotional release, practical strategies, or a moment to simply slow down and reconnect, this session meets you where you are.
You’ll leave with refreshed guidance, new practices, and a clear plan for your next steps in healing and integration.
