After moving to the Pacific Northwest in 2022, I found a profound sense of home among the forests, waterways, and quiet beauty of this region—an environment that continues to inspire the calm, grounded atmosphere I strive to create for every client.
My approach to healing is both professional and deeply personal. Having experienced my own healing journey, I understand that the body often carries the effects of stress, trauma, and life's many challenges.
