In this class we'll have fun working up a sweat doing more than just a few basic crunches. We'll be using our full core is dynamic functional core movements to help support your spine, work your core, and hopefully leave you just sore enough that it doesn't hurt too bad when you laugh. A strong core is not only great for your physical yoga practice, but also for spinal health and breath work.
