This is an all levels class. Great for beginners as well as more advanced practitioners. This fitness-based approach to a Power Vinyasa style class will focus on linking conscious breath with a vigorous and mindful flow. In this power vinyasa class, we will build strength, flexibility, and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind. You can expect a great cardiovascular and strength building workout combined with stretching and breath work. All levels are welcome, even if you've never been to a yoga class before!

Join me for a fun, hopefully sunny, Saturday morning yoga class in the fresh outdoors. This class is FREE. Bring a mat, unless you want to just be on the grass, bring friends, and water if you need it. Class will be 60 minutes long. Power vinyasa style class. All skill levels welcome.

Muscle Energy Techniques & MyoFascial Release for the Upper Back & Shoulders
Muscle Energy Technique (MET) is a manual therapy that uses the gentle muscle contractions of the patient to relax and lengthen muscles and normalize joint motion.
In this workshop we will take a look at the various structures that make up the shoulders and upper back. You’ll learn different yoga poses that strengthen and stretch to help with shoulder tightness, combat poor posture, and that will help relieve pain in your upper back, neck, and shoulder blades.
We’ll also learn how to stretch deeper and work with neuromuscular pathways to help relax the central nervous system so you can relax tight muscles and go further.
In addition to yoga poses, we will also be using tennis balls, lacrosse balls, and foam rollers to help with self massage for different parts of the shoulder girdle and upper back.
No previous yoga experience required!

Yoga Poses & MyoFascial Release for a Healthy Low Back and Hips
In this workshop we will take a look at the various structures that make up the low back and hips. You’ll learn different yoga poses that strengthen and stretch to help with hip and low back tightness, combat sciatic issues and that will help relieve pain in your low back, hips, and glutes.
In addition to yoga poses, we will also be using tennis balls, lacrosse balls, and foam rollers to help with self massage for different parts of the hips, glutes and upper legs.
Workshop Price: $20
