The Mindful Radiance Retreat is a carefully curated self care experience designed to support your body’s natural rhythms, clear stagnation, and awaken your inner glow through mindful practices and lymphatic health.
Throughout the day, you’ll be guided through a series of restorative sessions that weave together:
Gentle Movement & Breathwork – Practices that open the body, encourage circulation, and quiet the mind.
Lymphatic Self-Care Rituals – Hands-on techniques and simple tools to stimulate the lymphatic system, reduce stagnation, and support detoxification.
Mindfulness & Guided Relaxation – A chance to soften, release, and create inner spaciousness.
Seasonal Nourishment – Light refreshments, snacks, and a catered lunch crafted to restore balance and radiance from the inside out.
Set within a warm and welcoming space, this retreat offers you the gift of pausing in the midst of winter’s demands. It’s a day devoted entirely to your renewal - releasing what you no longer need, restoring balance to your body, and reconnecting with the radiance that flows when you are fully cared for.
You’ll leave with practical tools to continue supporting your lymphatic health and daily well-being, as well as a sense of lightness, clarity, and calm to carry into the season ahead.

All registrations include a catered lunch, snacks, and coffee and tea throughout the day. Plus access to the entire house and grounds. This includes a sauna, hot tub, and cold tubs.
