WELLNESS SESSIONS

 1 on 1 wellness sessions allow you to have individualized and focused help in your wellness journey. That focus could be on strength training, core work, foam rolling, or helping with your neck, shoulders, spine, hips, and knees. Sessions are available for in home and at the gym.

These sessions are done at PDX Strength in St. Johns.

Sessions Available

Weight Lifting for Beginners Workshop - learn the basics of weight lifting using free weights. We’ll also go over anatomy, safety, and injuries.

Strength Sessions - Available in the gym or in the comfort of your own home. We’ll go over your strength training goals, create a sustainable routine, and work within your schedule.

Wellness Space Creation - Looking to create a space in your home where you can workout, do yoga, mediate, or all of the above? Book a consultation today to see what the possibilities are to create an fun and tranquil space for your wellness. Consultations are free.

Sequence or Routine Creation - Looking to have a yoga flow that’s all yours that you can do at home? Or maybe you have strength goals, but don’t know where to start. I’ll work with you to create a yoga flow or workout routine that works best for your body and time.

All sessions are $65 and last around 60 minutes. Consultations will happen via Zoom.
