Restorative Bodywork

Yomassage-June-16.JPEG

Restorative Bodywork is for anyone who values massage therapy and yoga as therapeutic and healing practice.

Restorative Bodywork is a combination of relaxing and supported yoga poses with hands on massage. Each pose is held for around 5 minutes while a massage therapist comes around and performs therapeutic massage on different parts of the body. Classes can range from 1-5 people and last for about 90 minutes.

Restorative Bodywork not only allows your body to stretch and relax in restorative poses, but can help to increase circulation, provide myofascial release, and trigger point therapy through massage.
