Why Wellness Workshops?
This series of self care workshops will not only help you feel more comfortable and relaxed in your body, but will also teach you the skills to continue your wellness and self care journey beyond class and the massage room.
The 3rd Sunday of each month focus on you! Learn to foam roll, manage chronic pain, increase your spinal health, and gain strength in a comfortable and safe environment.

Complete Core Burnout - Feb 4th - 8:30-9:15am
Weight Lifting for Beginners - Mar 3rd - 11am-1pm
Pice: $20-65 depending on the class
Strength classes are held at PDX Strength
